2.2 Our services are designed to assist with smoking cessation in one hypnotherapy appointment, complemented by access to a course to support you on your journey.

2.3 individual results may vary, hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy, I do not claim or guarantee a cure. Success is dependent on your commitment and participation.

3. Bookings and Payments

3.1 All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed via the website or email.

3.2 Payments for sessions must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

3.3 Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy (see Section 5).

3.4 Fees for services may vary based on location and currency, particularly for clients in the UK, USA, Australia, South Africa, and New Zealand.

4. Online Appointments

4.1 Online hypnotherapy sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private, uninterrupted environment for the session.

4.2 Technical issues on the client’s side that prevent the session from proceeding may not be grounds for a refund but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to qualify for the appointment to be rescheduled.

5.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund, and reschedule only with discretion of Jo Ward due to extreme circumstances.

5.3 Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice and is subject to availability.

5.4 No refunds as access to the Stop Smoking Kit provided at time of payment.

5.5 Appointments must be booked within 28 days of initial payment.

6. Course Access

6.1 Clients will receive access to a course designed to support their smoking cessation journey.

6.2 Access to course materials is for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.

6.3 Hypnotherapy Quit Smoking reserves the right to revoke access to course materials if misuse is detected.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7.2 We make no guarantees of success, as results depend on individual commitment and circumstances.
