1.2 While our methods are highly effective for many clients, we do not guarantee results as success depends on individual commitment, circumstances, and readiness to quit smoking.

1.3 The hypnotherapy session and accompanying course are tools to support your journey, but the outcome requires active participation and responsibility on your part.

2. Course Warranty

2.1 Clients will gain access to a course designed to reinforce their commitment to quitting smoking and provide additional tools for success.

2.2 The course is provided "as is" and is not guaranteed to deliver specific results. Materials are for educational and personal use only.

2.3 Access to the course is granted upon completion of the session and is valid for 12 months. Extensions or re-access may be granted at the discretion of Hypnotherapy Quit Smoking.

3. Satisfaction Policy

3.1 We are committed to delivering a professional and supportive hypnotherapy experience. If you are dissatisfied with your session, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns.

3.2 Where appropriate, we may offer a follow-up consultation at no additional cost or recommend alternative strategies to support your journey.

4. Limitations of Warranty

4.1 Hypnotherapy Quit Smoking is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you have underlying health or mental health issues, you should consult a licensed healthcare professional.

4.2 We do not warrant that the hypnotherapy session or course will work for everyone, as individual results vary.

4.3 Any claims of efficacy are based on past client experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of success.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or accessed course materials, as results depend on individual effort and circumstances.

5.2 Refunds for canceled appointments are subject to our cancellation policy outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

5.3 Appointments must be booked within 28 days of initial payment.

5.4 Appointments can be cancelled and/or rescheduled, if contacted 24 hours before appointment.

6. Jurisdiction

6.1 This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

6.2 Any disputes related to this policy or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
